General

Are DIY'ers allowed to place orders and visit your stores?

Yes! We are open to all. Whether it's your 1st or 100th time picking up a paintbrush, you can place orders in any of our 180+ stores or online at Brewers.co.uk.

What are your opening times?

Our stores are open from 7am-5pm Monday to Friday and 8am-5pm on Saturday. Some of our London stores have slightly different opening times. Please use our handy store locator to check the opening times of your local store.

Brewers Accounts

How do I open a Pay As You Go Account?

Please complete the online application form. You will be able to collect a Brewers Card with your first order. For more information on how to sign up please watch this handy video.

Can I open an account even if I'm not a Trade person?

Yes! With the Brewers Pay As You Go Account you do not need to be in the trade. Simply fill out the online application form with a few details!

How can I claim my 20% discount for opening an account?

Once your Pay As You Go Account is opened you will receive your first 20% discount code in your Welcome to Brewers email which you can use on your first online order. To receive your second 20% voucher, pop into store and link a Brewers Card with your account. This will come with a second 20% voucher you can use on your first in-store purchase.

For Credit Accounts, you will receive both vouchers in your Welcome to Brewers email which can be used in-store or online. If you haven't received this email, be sure to check your spam folder!

How long does a Pay As You Go Account take to open?

It takes two working days (Monday-Friday) for your account to be authorised and activated. Once your account is open, you will receive 2 emails containing your 20% off your first online order voucher and login details to use your account online. Make sure you check your spam folder!

What is the difference between a Pay As You Go Account and a Brewers Credit Account?

Ensure you choose the right account for your needs. Both accounts offer great perks but to help you decide we have put together the key information about both accounts for you to apply for right account for you.

How do I open a Credit account?

Please complete the online application form by clicking here. Once we have received your details, your local accounts team will process the application and you will receive communication via email regarding its status.

Orders and Payments

Where is my order?

If it has passed the estimated delivery on your confirmation email, please get in contact with the store you have purchased from via phone or email. If the store is busy you will be transferred to our Help Centre who may be able to assist you further.

Can I place my order online?

Yes!  Please visit www.brewers.co.uk to start browsing. If you are a Brewers Account holder log into your account https://www.brewers.co.uk/auth/login to access your trade terms and other online facilities.

If you have a Brewers Account but have not yet activated your online access, please request access online https://www.brewers.co.uk/trade/requestaccount

Can I place my order by email?

The easiest way for you to place your order is online using Click & Collect.  Alternatively, you can place your order directly with the store by email. However you place your order, please wait for confirmation that the order has been received before travelling to store.

Can I place my order by phone?

Yes! You can call your local store and the details of your local store can be found at www.brewers.co.uk/stores. You can also place orders over the phone by calling our Help Centre team on 01323 576555 who are available between Mon-Fri 8.00 – 17.30 and Saturdays 8.30 – 16.30.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you wish to make a change to your order please get in touch with the store you made the order with. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the products, the timing for delivery or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm if you wish to go ahead with the change.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel your order, you will need to get in contact with the store you purchased from via phone or email. If you have ordered online, your confirmation email will tell you which store your order has been allocated to.

If you have purchased a tinted product please note this is non-refundable as it has been tinted to your exact specifications. Anything purchased off the shelf or is stocked within the company we can refund/cancel within 28 days of purchase.

What payment options are available?

You can pay for Products using a debit card or credit card. We accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

We have also introduced Direct Debit for credit accounts to help you manage your account with ease. Each month, you’ll receive an Advanced Notice email from Smart Debit confirming the next Direct Debit payment. Payments are usually collected on the 25th of the month but will differ if the 25th falls on a weekend. Find out how to sign up here.

How can I pay my outstanding invoices?

Paying your outstanding Brewers invoices is easy using our online account facilities. Simply log in to your account online by clicking here. To request online access for your Brewers account please complete the online form by clicking here. Alternatively, please call 01323 411080 to speak to our Accounts Receivable department.

How do I order wallpaper samples?

To order Samples you can contact your local store or our central Samples team on 01323 436185.

Do your stores stock wallpapers?

The majority of our stores stock our main wallpaper collections; but any wallpaper can be ordered in especially for you.

Deliveries

Are deliveries available from my local store?

Deliveries are available, please get in touch with your local store to find out if they are able to deliver in your area. Delivery is also available when ordering online.

How much is delivery?

We offer FREE delivery on ALL orders!

Free next working day delivery is also available on over 90,000 products.

Where a product is not in stock, delivery will be next working day once all items can be fulfilled.

Next working day delivery is subject to stock, courier availability and courier area.

Delivery details will be confirmed at time of order which may be affected over bank holidays and peak periods.

When will I receive my order?

If the item you have ordered is in stock it will be delivered the next working day. Otherwise, an estimated delivery will be stated on your confirmation email.

Can I request a delivery for a certain time?

If you would like your items delivered on a specific day, please get in contact with the store you purchased from via phone or email, and we will do our best to accommodate. We are unable to provide specific delivery times currently.

What happens if I am not in when you deliver?

If possible or requested, our drivers will leave your items in a safe place, if not we will attempt delivery the next day.

Collecting Orders

When will my order be ready to collect?

You will receive a text message from the store when your order is ready to collect.

Where do I go to collect my order?

You can collect your order from your local Brewers store that you made the purchase with. Simply head to the counter and one of our friendly members of staff will be happy to assist.

Can I collect my order from a lock box?

Yes, over 140 of our Brewers stores offers our Collect Anytime Service using the lock box system. Please contact your local store to check - store locator.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Please contact your local store to discuss your refund requirements. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information and if you any further queries please get in touch at customer.service@brewers.co.uk.

How do I cancel an order?

Refunds take 3-5 business working days.

Can I exchange an online order?

I have received a wrong or faulty item.
